Return & Refund Policy

At Chishtian Camera Store, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. We provide a standard 3-day checking warranty on eligible products so customers have sufficient time to inspect and test their order after delivery.

3-Day Checking Warranty

Customers must carefully check and test their product within 3 days of receiving the order.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, is not working properly, or an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us within this 3-day period.

After 3 days from the date of delivery, Chishtian Camera Store will not be responsible for any return, refund, or replacement request, except where a separate manufacturer warranty applies or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted only if:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The customer provides valid order or purchase details.

  • The product is returned with its original box, accessories, manuals, packaging, and all included items.

  • The product has not been physically damaged, modified, repaired, or improperly used by the customer.

  • The product is returned in an acceptable condition for inspection.

Defective or Faulty Products

If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or is not functioning correctly, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if the reported fault is verified, the customer may be offered:

  • A replacement, subject to availability; or

  • A refund of the eligible product amount.

We may request photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and reported issue before approving the return.

Change of Mind Returns — 25% Deduction

If the product is working correctly but the customer changes their mind and wants to return it, a return may be accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

In such cases, a 25% deduction will be made from the product price, and the remaining 75% of the eligible product amount will be refunded.

The product must be returned:

  • In proper condition.

  • With its original packaging.

  • With all accessories and included items.

  • Without physical damage, modification, or misuse.

After the 3-day return period, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Once the returned product reaches Chishtian Camera Store, our team will inspect it before approving the refund.

For an approved defective-product claim, the eligible amount may be refunded or the product may be replaced.

For an approved change-of-mind return, a 25% deduction will apply and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return, replacement, or refund will normally not be accepted if:

  • More than 3 days have passed since delivery.

  • The product has been physically damaged after delivery.

  • There are signs of misuse, water damage, electrical damage, modification, unauthorized repair, or improper handling.

  • The original box, accessories, or included items are missing.

  • The product has been damaged due to incorrect installation or use.

  • The product is returned without prior approval from Chishtian Camera Store.

Product Compatibility

Before placing an order, we strongly recommend contacting us if you are unsure whether a battery, charger, filter, microphone, lighting accessory, tripod, or other product is compatible with your camera or equipment.

At Chishtian Camera Store, we first understand your requirement and guide you toward the right product before you purchase.

If the correct compatibility information was provided to the customer before purchase but the customer still chooses to return a correctly working product, it will be treated as a change-of-mind return and the 25% deduction will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and within 3 days of delivery.

Please keep the original packaging and all included accessories until the issue has been resolved.
